With so many of my friends getting into serious stages of their relationships, I really had to sit down and put myself in the man’s shoes. You men FINALLY found the woman you can tolerate for life (which is enough pressure within itself), now you want to pop the question. The problem is you don’t know how.

As long as it shows you put some real effort into your proposal (and you have been dating longer than the “we are still feeling each other out” stage) she will say yes.

This is the perfect example of putting in effort. He played on the early stages of the courting process by taking her back to the place they had their second date (this was done at the Laff House in Philadelphia). He also put himself out on a limb…we as women LOVE that. We always feel like we are wearing our hearts on our sleeve, if a man puts his pride out there we feel appreciated.
