this is NOT a reason to vote for Obama
There is an email floating around with this picture and the subject “THIS is why we should vote for Obama”. Although I agree that this is a very VERY ignorant, this is not a valid reason. This is proof that we are not as bonded as we think we are.

I already posted about how people will not vote for Obama over the color of his skin, they just won’t admit to it.
What I have not posted about is reverse racism.
I am not going to try and convince someone not to vote for Obama simply because they want to simply because of his skin color. I will also not entertain a racially charged conversation with that individual. The flames of racism are high enough as it is without me throwing gas on it.
Racism can be viewed in two ways….as a characteristic or as an individual choice.
If you view racism as a characteristic of a specific race, emails with pictures like these will cause you to react in an unreasonable manner When you realize its an individual choice, youu think clearer.
Don’t vote for Obama because of this picture, vote for him because he will run the country respectfully and better than his opponent.
I have been a few places, seen a lot of things. I have had my hands in many fields. I may have answers for you if you have questions...even if you don't.
