It’s being called “A Day Without A Gay”. This is a protest in reaction to the way gay citizens are treated.
On December 10, you are encouraged not to call in sick to work. You are encouraged to call in “gay”–and donate your time to service!
BUT I CAN’T CALL IN AT WORK ON 12/10 OR I’LL GET FIRED!
If you live in one of the 30 states where individuals can still be fired simply for being gay or lesbian, there are still plenty of ways that you can lend a hand and a voice in our fight for gay equality–without missing work.CALL IN GAY? BUT I’M NOT GAY, I’M ___! (Great! “Gay” just rhymes with “day.” CLICK HERE for more.)

www.daywithoutagay.orgI just wonder if this will work, and if this will also “force” a few people to come out the closet.

See?! Even the gays admit that being gay is a disease. If you can call out gay, then it must be something that can be remedied and not always wrong with you or you would call out gay everyday.
Gays, like most groups when wanting 'equal' rights, far to often end up shooting themselves in the foot and doing more damage than good in favor of their argument.

Jeez, I can't even have a come back…
actually I can…they could put this under a personal day. It doesn't mean they are sick!
The point is to call out gay. If they don't, then the 'workforce' won't know the impact of the gays within it. It will just think people cashed in on their personal days…..
For HR purposes they could call out gay, but justify it as a personal day
