Every year Philadelphia celebrates America’s Independence with the “Welcome America” Festival. The event starts on Penn’s Landing and ends on the Parkway with a huge concert and spectacular fireworks display. The video in this post shows the opening fireworks display (not as long as the finale, but just as good!)
