NEW WAVE CAFE Bar and Restaurant I have frequented this establishment in the past… so when the venue for my girlfriend’s birthday brunch switched from a Starr restaurant to this place, I had no complaints..That quickly changed…well, I say quickly…but an hour and a half is not quick. -
